We all need advice and information
We have trained and experienced advisors at our Truro centre who have a wealth of knowledge on issues facing older people, their relatives and carers and the problems that may arise in coping with everyday matters. Also our team has a good insight into local conditions throughout the region. 

We can:
Provide you with information and advice on straightforward matters by telephone, or call you back for more complicated questions.

Liaise with other organisations on your behalf and send you leaflets or fact sheets.

Arrange for a support worker or a volunteer advocate to visit you if there is specific help we can arrange for you. 

Direct you to others who can help with your specific needs.
